Please include the original packing slip or a small note with the original order number so we can properly process the return. If you don't have the original packing slip anymore, the order number can be found on your order confirmation e-mail.

Orders or products can be returned within max. 60 days of the delivery date.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 2 business days of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Please note that there are no refunds of Purolator shipping fees, if you selected Purolator as your method of shipment.
Misshipped or Defective Products
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please call (888) 491 7795 with details, e-mail us or use the contact form. We will email or mail you a free Canada Post Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost
