The iMore Store in Canada Shipping Information
We use Canada Post as our primary carrier for all orders. Every order ships from our Canadian warehouse based in Montreal. This means: no duties, no bond fees, no customs brokerage fees, no customs delays and super easy returns.We offer
- FREE Shipping on most orders over CAD 50* and Free Shipping without tracking on selected, lower value products**
- For most orders under CAD 50, we charge a flat shipping fee of only CAD 5.95 for shipping with tracking.* For very small orders, under CAD 5, our flat fee shipping charge is CAD 8.95 for shipping with tracking.
- We use Canada Post’s Parcel Services. We also offer the faster Canada Business Express Post option to some areas as well as FEDEX (see below for more information).
- Products marked Free Shipping ship for free but are subject to the same exceptions as other free shipping offers.
* EXCEPTIONS: Due to the high cost of shipping there, Free shipping with tracking is not available for shipments to: Nunavut, Northern Territories, Yukon and the following remote or rural postal codes: Postal codes starting with V0, S0, T0, B0, C0, E0 and A0. Shipping charges for orders to these areas may be higher and vary by order value. However, selected items may still ship free to these areas by lettermail if they qualify (see next paragraph for details).
** For some low value orders (typically with a value below $20 excl. tax), we now offer free shipping using Canada Post’s lettermail service (no tracking). This only applies to selected items because of the lettermail dimension and weight restrictions imposed by Canada Post.
In order to find out whether the item you are interested in qualifies, simply add it to cart and then use our shipping calculator on the cart page using your postal code. Please note that while a single item may qualify, adding an extra or another item to cart may eliminate the free lettermail shipping option.
Shipping with Federal Express
For most provinces, we also offer Federal Express Priority Overnight. This means next (business) day delivery for most shipments starting from the day the order ships (see below for our same-day shipping cut-off times). Federal Express rates vary by postal code and order value.
Please note that we do not refund Federal Express shipping fees unless the parcel was delivered late excludes late delivery due to the weather (as per Fereal Express tracking results) or incomplete or incorrect addresses provided to us.

We ship internationally with Federal Express and DHL Economy(*). Both services come with tracking. All orders ship from our Montreal, Canada based warehouse.
Regretfully our Free Shipping Offers are applicable to Canada addresses only.
International orders are subject applicable customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer and collected at the time of delivery. We do not collect or calculate these fees. Please be aware that some products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the Canada.
(*) DHL Economy is an affordable, trackable way to order from us when you are outside of Canada. Please note that while DHL ships, due to local agreements, your local postal service may be doing the actual delivery. The tracking number however is trackable on the DHL website. Please note that shipping transit times are estimates only. This service is offered to selected countries and for most (but not all) orders.
Shipping Transit Times
To know delivery times and shipping options, please use the "Calculate"-Button on the Cart Page under 'Delivery Options'. Please take into account that these shipping times are approximate.
All orders will ship the same (business) day when ordered before 1PM EST and the next (business) day when ordered after 1PM EST.
However, if you select Free Shipping and in order to to help us provide you with Free Shipping, your order may take an additional 1-2 business days to ship out.
Currently we only ship to destinations within Canada.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
If The iMore Store in Canada ('we') has your product(s) in stock, we will email you a shipping notice confirming that the items have shipped and are en-route to you; that notice is our acceptance of your order. In-stock orders (excluding scheduled delivery items) most of the time ship before 1PM EST on any given business day if the order was placed before that time and Canada Post was selected as the shipping company. (3.30PM EST for UPS orders). Out-of-stock orders will ship once the item is back in stock. We will send you the shipping notice once the item is back in stock and has been shipped. How soon you receive the product(s) depends on the shipping method you have chosen.

THE FOLLOWING CLAUSE IS INAPPLICABLE IN QUEBEC. We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
Advertisements on our Web Site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Web Site and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order form constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send a shipping notice email to your email address. That shipping notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Mobile Nations, which operates The iMore Store in Canada.
The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when our shipping notice email has been sent to your email address. If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by e-mailing us firstname.lastname@example.org or calling customer service at (888) 491 7795.
However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased, we would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund up to 60 days after you receive your order within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product(s).
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. Your name, address, and phone number are required when processing all returns and exchanges for the purposes of detecting and preventing fraud.
Please note: for online returns, The iMore Store in Canada's 60-day return policy begins on the date your items are delivered to you. Your packing slip or a note with your order number is required for returns. In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories, or other items missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective.
